In recent years, we have provided support for projects in culture and the arts:

integrating
children

“Übehaus Kray” implements projects promoting integration through cultural education such as concerts, musical holiday offerings or music lessons in schools. The Foundation supports this social engagement through regular grants.

buying
instruments

The “JeKits” programme provides instruments for 68 primary and special schools in Essen, enabling children to be introduced to music. The DEICHMANN Foundation is an enthusiastic supporter of this concept and helps with funding.

helping kick off
a career

At the “Kunstcamp Ruhr”, young artists have been given tools for helping develop their own artistic identity. The young people worked with professionals and learned how to create art.
